Inserting new swab cups into well after a quick change
A remote control by the wellhead allows quick inspection or change of the cups by one person. A sensor tool can also be quickly inserted, lowered and retrieved. The control panel has a Man-Off-Auto selector switch allowing the local user to disable remote commands while cups are changed. Once the operation is completed the system is placed back in Auto and commanded to lower. The automatic functions are then once more resumed.

The smart option for artificial lift. Quick Rig-Less installation and simple serviceability. Can be operated with standard swap cups which can be easily inspected and replaced. Typical swab cup life is over 100 trips. Models are offered for input power 480Vac, 240Vac or equipped with battery bank and auto-start generator. Also available is the AutoSwab DynaTool system which records liquid temperature and pressure. A Vision Camera tool is also available. Trailer mounted with hydraulic jack mast raising option also available. Integrated Datalogger, remote control and download of log files.
